All domestic orders are sent by An Post and registered post for any orders over €100. All international orders are sent by registered post. A signature will be required to accept international delivery so we recommend you use a work delivery address or ensure someone is there to sign for the delivery. Delivery time to anywhere in Ireland is normally 3 to 5 days and for anywhere in the EU please allow up to 7 days to 10 for everywhere in the world else please allow 10 to 14 days.

You will be notified by email when your order leaves us and in the event of an item from your order being out of stock we will also notify you by email.

If for some reason you do not receive your order after the normal delivery times please contact us and we will provide you with a tracking number in order to locate the current location of your order.


All orders must be signed for by the recipient. In the event that you are not present to accept delivery an attempted delivery docket will be left (please check through any junk mail you may receive).

Your order will be brought to your local sorting office and held for collection for 7 days. If it is not collected within this time period it will be returned to us (please note that this can take a number of weeks to come back) and you will be notified by email.

Please note you will be liable for return shipping costs where we have to resend or redirect a parcel to you.

If you want to return one or more items, please contact us by email (info@grown.ie) and specify your order number and the items you want to return.

We advise you to always keep the shipping receipt, until you received our confirmation about receiving your parcel. Keep in mind that you are held responsible for the parcel until the items have returned to our warehouse, ALWAYS add your name, order number and return reason to the parcel before returning it.

Purchases can be returned within 60 days after the receipt of goods. You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused and with all its original packaging and tags on the clothes in perfect conditions. You will receive a reimbursement for the value of the returned item(s) within 14 days after the product has returned to our warehouse.

We are entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you or until you have produced evidence of having sent back the goods.

Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days until the refunded amount is visible in your payment method.

Yes, as specified in our Terms and Conditions you will have to pay your own return shipping costs. We are still a growing company and simply cannot afford to offer free return shipping, yet you can choose the carrier of your preference.

We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.

Share details about your shipping policies, item returns, or customer service.

If you have received a defective item, please inform us directly after receiving it, not later than 28 days after the delivery.

If you just want to return or exchange an item, please get in touch with us within a maximum of 30 days and be aware that an item needs to be as new and with labels and packaging, to be able to be returned.

Once we received your items, we will get in touch with you directly through the email address that you used for placing the order.

We will then confirm the return and either provide the corresponding voucher or confirm the processing of the refund, depending on each case.
