All international orders are registered and require a signature on delivery — we recommend using a work address or making sure someone’s home to sign.

We get it — sometimes it’s not quite right.
You have 60 days from delivery to return or exchange an item.
All we ask is that it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
How it works:
- Email us at hello@grown.ie with your order number.
- We’ll send you the return instructions.
- Once we receive it, we’ll issue a refund or exchange within 5 working days.
Notes:
- Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
- We can’t accept returns on underwear or gift cards.
- If you received a faulty or incorrect item, let us know — we’ll sort it, no hassle.
