All post is sent by An Post Registered post for international delivery and parcel post for domestic delivery. A signature will be required to accept international delivery so we recommend you use a work delivery address or ensure someone is there to sign for the delivery. Delivery time to anywhere in Ireland is normally 3 to 5 days and for anywhere in the EU please allow up to 7 days to 10, for everywhere in the world else please allow 10 to 14 days. You will be notified by email when your order leaves us. In the event of an item from your order being out of stock we will also notify you by email.

If for some reason you do not receive your order after the normal delivery times please contact us and we will provide you with a tracking number in order to locate the current location of your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT THERE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

All orders must be signed for by the recipient. In the event that you are not present to accept delivery an attempted delivery docket will be left (please check through any junk mail you may receive). Your order will be brought to your local sorting office and held for collection for 7 days. If it is not collected within this time period it will be returned to us (please note that this can take a number of weeks to come back) and you will be notified by email. Please note you will be liable for return shipping costs where we have to resend or redirect a parcel to you.

 

 

 

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product we are happy to offer a full refund, credit note or exchange as long as the product is returned to us in a new, unworn condition with the original packaging within 28 days.

Please ensure that you return the goods to us in their original packaging. Although your statutory rights as a consumer will not be affected, the goods are second hand without the packaging and we may not therefore be able to exchange them voluntarily. If you have received an item from GROWN as a gift you may return it for an exchange or gift voucher. Please obtain proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

For international customers.Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non refundable. 

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights or your rights. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange something send us an email with the description of the item you wish to exchange and with the item you wish to exchange it for. Delivery of the exchanged garment will be free of charge except for the garment sent by the customer which will be at the customer's own cost. Otherwise drop into us by person and we will be more than happy to meet you and exchange the garment free of charge.
